Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alltask mobile applications (iOS and Android), website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Productivity, LLC, a California company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Alltask is a productivity application that allows users to create, organize, and manage tasks, to-do lists, reminders, and related content.
The Service is offered exclusively as a paid subscription. All available features are included with an active subscription. There are no free or limited-feature versions of the Service.
3. Accounts
You may use the Service during the free trial period using only an email address. No full account registration is required during the trial.
After the free trial ends, you must create an account and purchase a subscription to continue using the Service.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Pricing and features are disclosed at the time of purchase.
We may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers from time to time, subject to additional terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.
4.2 Storage Limits & Add-On Storage
Each paid subscription includes 2 GB of file storage for user-uploaded content.
Users may purchase one additional 2 GB storage add-on, for a maximum total storage limit of 4 GB per account.
Storage limits apply to all files stored within the Service. If you exceed your applicable storage limit, you may be unable to upload additional files unless you remove existing files or purchase available additional storage.
If your subscription or storage add-on is canceled, expires, or is otherwise terminated, your available storage may be reduced to the base subscription storage limit. In such cases, we may restrict additional uploads or require you to delete files to comply with the applicable storage limit.
We reserve the right to modify storage limits, storage features, or storage-related pricing in the future, subject to applicable law and with reasonable notice where required.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
- Stripe (Web)
We do not store full payment card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment information is securely handled by the applicable payment processor. We may receive and store limited, non–sensitive information (such as a payment method token, card brand, or expiration date) solely for the purpose of managing subscriptions and renewals.
4.4 Auto-Renewal (California Law Compliance)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method.
4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time:
- iOS: Through your Apple ID subscription settings
- Android: Through Google Play subscriptions
- Web: Through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.6 Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged at the next renewal date.
Yearly Subscriptions
If you cancel your yearly subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase or a renewal, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel your yearly subscription or renewal after 30 days from the purchase or renewal date, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged at the next renewal date.
All refunds are subject to applicable law and, where applicable, the refund policies of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment processor.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial to new users:
- No credit card is required to start the free trial
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid subscription to continue using the app
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time, subject to applicable law.
6. User Content
User Data
You retain ownership of your tasks and personal data.
You grant us permission to store and process this information solely for the purpose of providing the Service, such as syncing, backups, and reminders.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
- Abuse or harass other users
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by the Company or its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties, except to your employees or contractors for internal business use, or as otherwise expressly permitted by these Terms.
9. Privacy & Data Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including rights to access, delete, and limit the use of personal information.
Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how to exercise these rights.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as calendars or cloud storage). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, availability, or security.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties that:
- Tasks or reminders will always be delivered
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
13.1 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
13.2 Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
13.3 Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@alltask.app with your name and account email.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your access to paid features will end at the close of the current billing period, unless we suspend or terminate access immediately due to a serious violation of these Terms or as required by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
